Note: No workout today, but I’m okay with it because it’s a day I’ve planned with friends for a while and will be going directly from work to it… I’ll catch up on the workouts eventually and am not super-worried about it because I’m doing them consistently, still. I’ll probably make up the workouts once I get over this cold.

I’ve officially lost the weight I put on over Christmas, but I’m still holding my breath, because my weight can sometimes fluctuate and go up a pound overnight even if I’ve worked out and eaten well. But for the moment, things are looking good!

This morning’s weight (I think) was 216.6. Yes. I don’t even remember what the scale said this morning. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel better and will get in a good workout!
…was grueling. I guess I really am sick, because I went to the gym with full intentions of going about 80% but still getting my calories in. Just took a shower and I’m still semi-miserable. But yay for me going and sticking through the 500! I seriously felt like quitting 10 minutes into it.
I didn’t even keep track of what I was doing (other than my calorie count), how I did it, or how long it took, but here’s a general summary:

Thank God that one’s over.
So yesterday I didn’t work out because I wasn’t feeling too hot. I figure it’s alright because I can make up for it today. Today, I’m feeling worse, so I debate for 30 minutes whether or not to hit the gym. I decide that I’d better go ahead and do it, because making up for one workout is one thing, but making up for two is insane and really can’t be done in one day. But when I get to the gym, EVERY machine is being used! I’m so frustrated right now. I’ll do some abs for a bit and will check it out in about half an hour, but even so, it’ll be too late to make up for yesterday and I’ll have to move that to tomorrow!
Big sigh. Okay venting aside, maybe working out wasn’t a great idea for me today, especially working out for two days. Hopefully when I go back up there, there’ll at least be a free treadmill so I can get my 500 cals for today and can just make up for Monday during tomorrow’s workout.
