Note: No workout today, but I’m okay with it because it’s a day I’ve planned with friends for a while and will be going directly from work to it… I’ll catch up on the workouts eventually and am not super-worried about it because I’m doing them consistently, still. I’ll probably make up the workouts once I get over this cold.
